Looking for the file that puts computer into Hibernate. I
know where to find it, and it is currently on my start
menu. However, I am running it on a car computer and want
to be able to program my remote for a "one button" push to
send computer into hibernate mode. Anyone know what the
file name is, and where it is located?

Thanks,
Sam

Create a new shortcut with the following arguments:

rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState

This will cause your computer to take the action configured under the power
options / advanced / when I press the sleep button on my computer.

Then, map the key to this shortcut.

You can program the power on/off switch to send the computer into hibernate.
