locate link browser window

when I try to link to Firefox through an email web addressI keep getting an
intruzive window "locate link browser. This is new, and very annoying
 
When i follow the directions for fixing the locate link browser, the Edit
button does not allow me to select it, isn't highlighted, and therefore can't
move forward - any suggestions?
 
thanks for the note, i actually had to recreat a new setting and type in the
info and then go locate the Iexplore.exe file, which then made it all work
ok.. not sure why the edit button didn't highlight, so just some good ole
messin around time got it don.. thanks for the response!
