Locally Stored Profile

The OZ Man I am using Widows Xp with SP2 recently on startup I got message
stating Windows cannot find Locally Stored Profile. I managed to use Norton
Go Back and all Ok However two dday later it came up again, and once more I
use Go Back to fix. I am novice user, Can any one give me step by step
instructions how to fix this problem. I have been told make new user account.
Is there no other solution? I do not know how to get everything into a new
account ?? Any help please.
