Local User with same GUID

It is possible to creat a new user with the same GUID.

I need to a local account on a couple of machines that can access a shared
drive that has permissions set pertaining to that particular account.

An email reply would be appreciated.

No, the GUID is absolutely unique.
It sounds like you may need to set up a group that has permission and all
the users would belong to that group. these would need to be domain
accounts. A local account is only for the one computer.
