Local Security Settings

Help! I admit I have been a fool! I set the Local Security Settings,
Software Restriction Policies, Security Levels, to Disallow on my
Windows XP PC at home and now I cannot open the registry,
Administrative Tools, Internet Explorer, etc. It looks like I have
locked myself out. Is there a way to revert back to Unrestricted
without having to reload Windows? Thanks.

Boot into Safe Mode and logon as a local administrator which should disable
SRP in Safe Mode to allow you to make repairs. --- Steve
