Local Security Policy

Hello,

Being the smart man that I am, I was playing with windows
xp local security settings and changed to the high level,
where programs do not run even if you are an
administrator. How do I change it back? It will not let
me open the security policy window again. Any ideas???
Please help. Thanks.
 
thanks that worked. Any info on how to set policy for users with limited
access, so that they can't go through the program files directory and loadup
programs taht way?
