Local profile size

a couple of our users require local profiles, however we are having trouble with the profile size. how do you increase the size avaialable for a local profile form the standard 30 mb?
 
Some one has set a size limitation on your PC by default
XP does not restrict the size of your profile. You must
have Admin rights and change it in the group policy
(gpedit.msc. I would sugest calling your system Admin to
have this changed for you.

the size limit has not been set, in fact the size limitaTIONS HAVE BEEM DISABLED, AND YET WE ARE STILL HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
