Local printing in Windows 2000

I've had this happen twice now on two separate 2000 SP3
machines (HP Vectra and Compaq EVO) with two different HP
printers (LJ4 & LJ5). I install the printer driver. I
send a test print and it just sits in the queue. I tried
stopping and starting the spooler along with deleting the
spool files and reinstalling the driver. If I log in as a
different user or delete my profile then it prints fine.
