How many computers Windows XP and Windows XP Pro support
in one simple network?

If I have one computer with Windows XP Pro, how many
computers using Windows XP Home, Windows 98 or Me, can
access files in the computer with Windows XP Pro?

There is no limit on how many computers can be networked
as long as your network can support it. However, XP Pro
is limited to 10 simultaneous connections, and XP Home is
limited to 5 simultaneous connections.

Those are limits on simultaneous inbound connections to a XP PC's
(file & print) resources. The limit is on the number of PCs that
are connected, not on the number of resources.
