local disks help

i have a hard drive that has 3 local disks
local disk c is almost full while local disks d and e are empty
how do i use the empty disks?
they have nothing on them
no documents and setting, noprogram files, nothing
help
 
You can transfer documents and files across by using the Windows 'drag and
drop' facility' or you can use 'copy' or 'move'.. you can also uninstall
programs from C and re-install onto either of the other two
partitions/drives..
