Local Administrator Priviledges

I am trying to run Fsecure's "BlackLight" beta program for detecting rootkits.
I get the message "Cannot Aquire Necessary Priviledges"(sedebugpriviledge)

Local Administrative Priveiedges.

I am the Administrator on my computer. I don't understand why I don't have
the necessary privildges and have no idea how to update, edit or change a
priviledge settings. Any advice would geatly appreciated.

It's *beta* software. Therefore it's likely to not work correctly.
What does the manufacturer say when you report the bug.
