Loadperf warning 2006 and error 3001 in event viewer

I see this in event viewer(application) every time I start up my windows:
Event 2006
LastCounter and LastHelp values of performance registry is corrupted and
needs to be updated. The first and second DWORDs in Data Section are the
original values while the third and forth DWORDs in Data Section are the
updated new values.

It was followed by event 3001 that says I need to use /AUXSOURCE switch to
see the whole message.

The help and support section for event 2006 says using Lodctr /r to fix does
not help Lodctr just backup my perf data and reload it.

What should I do?
