loading vb.net on xphome

i found something very unusal...i bought the learning edition of vb.net and
it loaded
ok...but why did it create a limited account under my user accounts call
"machine a...". you can't access it or nothing. what is it for and can you
still use the developer.

I assume that you need more rights that those a limited account provides
to develop using VS.NET.
 
Its been put there as spyware in order to spy on unsuspecting coders, they
creep into your machine at night and look for evidence of bad coding, if
they find it, the code police are called and you will be found guilty and
sentenced to four years of Cobol, and three years of Fortran on parole.
