Loading my ISP

I just upgraded my home computer from Win2000 Professional to WinXP
Professional. First WinXP would not recognize my modem (I'm on a dial-up).
Tried everything, ended up buying a new modem.

When I attempted to use the New Connection Wizard to access my ISP it would
not allow me to select "using dial-up modem". In talking with my ISP they
stated this is a known problem. Is there a workaround or something??

Try opening internet options,connections,set for dial up,then go to run,type:
INETWIZ Follow the wizard,by default this set for a dial-up connection.
