loading bcm

I have been reading all threads and trying to load bcm on Outlook 2003. It
is definitely loaded and when I go into Programs and request to enable BCM it
says it is already enabled. I have gone through the Data File Mgt and
followed the wizard to set up new database, restarted the pc and still it is
not in Outlook. Can someone help please! thanks.

Hi Julianne

Can you try doing a reinstall of the Business Contact Manager Update and
check if it resolves the issue
