I have a Dell Dimension 2400 and run Windows XP.
I like to send pictures bvia "E" Mail to friends around the world.
In the past I have loaded a picture CD and been able toretrieve and attach
the ones I want to send with reasonable ease. Full pictures were displayed to
the receipent for easy viewing. The last few CD's I loaded have only allowed
me to attach a picture from a file which goes out as an attachment which has
to be by operning the file at the other end and then downloading the
attachment. And the pictures which I send are not full screen and can't be
printed out without getting a double side -by- side picture.
I know I'm doing something wrong but after many attemts I am frustrated.
I would like to know the correct procedure for loading and filing these CD's
so that I can retrieve and send full pictures easily, like I did before.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You never mentioned the client you were using to send these pictures.

Technically speaking - all file attachments are the same and how they are
displayed is determined by the client at the receiving end. Those "in the
know" never let anything run directly from email and save/open it in that
way. Those really wanting to share a large number of pictures would be
better off using a web service to do so.
