Hope someone can help. Every time I turn on my laptop I
get a message that reads [loader exe. has ecountered a
problem and needs to close]. I've sent a number of error
reports and it still is on the screen when I turn on my
machine. Thanks

Go to the store and purchase windows 98, or some other
tried and true OS

Loader.exe is a Windows file that apparently can get corrupted by adware
from ClearSearch:
"loader.exe is a 'malware' program. (NOT from MS) It hijacks your browser
and attempts to connect to 'fastwebfinder'.
(it loads itself as a process...sometimes more than once) DELETE it
everytime it shows up.

Spywareinfo.com have confirmed this; and have added it (last week) to
'hijackthis.zip'

Entering 'ClearSearch' into a search engine returned me 38 good hits amongst
which were several pointing to uninstaller apps for removing ClearSearch.
including this one http://www.clearsearchinc.com/Nav.html

I would run PestScan, which is free at the moment:

You should load "msconfig", click the "Startup" tab, and uncheck "loader". Then the message
shouldn't come up.

I'm pretty sure the anti-spyware programs won't remove this from startup, they will just remove the
program itself.
