Loaded 2 OS window 2000

I loaded 2 window 2000 operating system. The 2nd one
winnt directory. Can I delete this one? If not can I
change the select of operating system screen. I donot
want the winnt the 2nd one, but it will show up on the
selection screen 1st and if I am not watching it will be
selected automatic.

I was trying to update my window2000 operating system like
window 98se. Help..........
