Load exe file before desktop loads in XP Professional

hi!!!
i have developed a login application in VB6.0. I want load it in Windows XP
Proffessional before Desktop is loded.
How can it be done...
 
Try to go to GPO at "computer configuration-windows settings-scripts-startup".
Before that, go to startup and copy the shortcut of *.exe file.
how your windows log on? Through the wellcome screen? If it does the program
run before you log on.
In script parameter write //logo//i
