load Dll Error

Windows 2000 , 2 Separate machinds both win 2k
bother are win 2k servers, net 20 and service packs installed,

the below dll is a inherited from a base dll , along with 3 other inherited
classes, if i rem the new of this instance
all loads for

on xp all loads just fine....

its this 1 dll that will not load under windows 2k.....
i have a reference to aspEncrypt .. but i remarked that out and all the code
in the class and still does not load dll

im stumped

Not Much More then i have already posted.....a Dll / assembly was not loaded

ok thanks for the help anyway....
I understand more infomation does help with problems...
but i dont have any more information, all other classes similar to this
class load alright...

i'll do my best to figure it out...

I did do another Test and found
the Dll in question, loads on xp,win2003 servers but has a problem on
windows 2000 boxes (pro/servers)

trying to figure it out
