I was going through some documents on Microsoft's website, and saw that
only the Enterprise and Datacenter versions of 2003 server are supported
for load balancing.

I could have sworn that 2003 server standard was supported as well, am I
wrong?

Also, I remember seeing some slides of how to set this up (like a
powerpoint presentation), does anyone know where I can find this?

Thanks!
Steve

Hmmmm....network load balancing, right?

No, I don't think so. See
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/features/compareeditions.mspx

There is mention of Terminal Server Session Directory, though:

"Terminal Server Session Directory is a feature that allows users to easily
reconnect to a disconnected session in a load balanced Terminal Server farm.
Session Directory is compatible with the Windows Server 2003 load balancing
service, and is supported by third-party external load balancer products
from manufacturers such as F5 Networks (formerly F5 Labs) and Radware. Note:
The Session Directory Service runs on all editions of Windows Server 2003.
However, in order to participate in a Session Directory the server must be
running Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition or Windows Server 2003,
Datacenter Edition including the 64- bit editions of the Windows Server 2003
family."

Sorry, no. Google or search MS' website. Or google for it and include
site:microsoft.com (often the best way to find stuff on MS' website)
