Live video on a webpage

I have a axis 205 network camera at home and , I want to be able to
view live video from it at work but my work IT department block
streaming video. So I cannot access it directly with out being
blocked.

Is it possible to somehow include its video in a webpage so I can
access it.

I have a server setup using IIS via windows XP Pro if this provides a
way.

See this site for eg http://channel9.msdn.com and see if you can see the videos there.

Thanks for reply, I went to suggested site and was unable to play the
videos, There is a sigle image but no play function,

Any suggestions?
