Live Search Maps for Outlook - How to stop text pasting in meeting

Hello:

I'm using Outlook 2003 and recently installed Streets & Trips 2007
including the Live Sarch Maps for Outlook Add-in. I like the feature of the
location tab in meetings, but my boss does NOT like the text that is pasted
in the body of the meetings when you send them:

=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~
Click the following link to get a map and driving directions in Live Search
Maps: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=65850&WIP=12

Free! Download Live Search Maps for Outlook at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=64085 today!
~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=

Is there a way to disable this feature?

<Note: I'm also posting this in the Streets & Trips discussion group. Not
sure who's the best to address this issue.>

Thank you.

Free services have to pay for themselves somehow - the most common method is to include a small advertisement to bring in more business. Sorry, it cannot be disabled at this time.

it's pasted there so invitees who don't have the add-in and need directions
can easily bring up a map. to disable, in an open appt, go to the office
icon (formerly known as the File menu) and you should see a new option for
live search maps. click it then choose the last option and you can disable
the urls.

Fix the problem by opening a new appointment and filling it out and invit somebody. I then selected Locations, Options, and unchecked the Include links to Live Search Maps Website. That's it.
