Live Safety Scanner won't uninstall.

When attempting to uninstall the Windows Live Safety Scanner via Appwiz I'm
getting a " Rundll - Error in C:\program files\Windows Live Safety
Center\wlscCore.dll Missing entry:?UninstallFunction@CwlscCore@@QAXXZ"

What I thought I could do was go back to the Saftey Center, re-install over
the top of it, to attempt to remove it again, but it appears there is no
Download.

Did the trick. I plucked it out of the registry.
