Live One Care -4 & 5th computer

Having problems with the 4 and 5 th computer on Live one care accounts.

MS said that u are only allowed to have 3 host (Computer ) on one account
and to to do a 4th and 5th comuter( another $49.xx) u need another passport
account which I have done.

But I can not get a second account (One Care) to "take" and associate with a
trail version of the software and a billing account (Credit card , etc) and
profile , etc even with "thier" web site instructions.

Anyone have an answer ??????
