LIVE Messenger restrictions on WinXP - Need help

Hi,

I have recently installed live messenger on my PC which running windows XP.
I am having trouble using it. When I click on live messenger it throws me a
error message saying "This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administratorâ€. Can you
please help?

I have to managed to fix this by editing registry. I have deleted "Software
\Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \Policies \Explorer \DisallowRun\" in
registry. Now it work fine.
