little red x icon

i am going into a web page and i believe it is a java
page and i see a little red x how do i fix that? i
assume the little red x means pagfe is not being
displayed for some reason.

Maybe try this,check under, VIEW them to encoding- see

if your set at Western European (ISO) if you are, reset at
Western European (windows)
Alot of people listing(including me) are having trouble
with encoding- and grafics and even entire pages are
coming up little red "X"'s
until we reset.
