how can i add and delete the littil icons in favorites
that come will some wabsites?

The little icons are called favicons.
You can look here and see how the author does it:

You can add by changing the icon in the properties of the favorite
concerned or remove it as a favorite then add it again (assuming the
author of the page has a favicon set)

Favicons are only temporary until cleared from your cache.
To make them permanent:
