Lite-on CD-RW

Having trouble getting Lite-on CD-RW Model LTR52246S to be
reconized by W2K server. It will not detect the drive.
 
Is it recognized by BIOS?
Are you certain it is jumpered correctly?
Which IDE channel is it on? What else is on that channel?
