How do I make the validation list for a column dependent upon a selection
from another column's list?

I have a main list, which I will select from in column G. It contains values
for sublists. (e.g. Main list = Office Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Kitchen
Items; Office Supplies list is named Office, so I would select from the list
in column G "Office Supplies". I would want column H, then, to validate based
upon the list named "Office".) If I select Office Supplies in column G, I
want to select, in column H, from the "Office" list of things like Paper
Clips, Note Pads, etc.

Does this make sense? Is this possible? Does anyone know how to accomplish
this?
