Listing each field once from a list

Hi,
i have a long list of names and i want to list each name occurence onl
once. Of course, if i do auto filter, the dropdown list will show m
each name, but i want to list those names in the excel sheet. anybod
with any ideas?? thanks

Try an Advanced Filter and select the "Unique records
only" box.
