List of Procceses running... Why is my computer so SLOOOOWWWWW lately....

Can anyone help... I seemed to have done something that makes my computer so
Slllllloooooooowwwwwwww,,....

Says 29 processes - I have outlook express running and SVG virus in the
taskbar - sidewinder game controller in taskbar - hp deskjet 930 in taskbar
and thats it... when I typed in the above.... also hard to type all that -
couldn't copy and paste!
