List of Batch Program commands?

How do you list the batch program commands and their
definitions?

It appears that these commands have changed from Win98.
My batch program files do not work correctly under WinXP.

Some DOS commands are no longer available, but in general batch files
will still run in Windows XP. Could you describe the problem more
detailled?
