List of available printer paper sizes.

Under XP I have used printer server properties to create a new paper size
that i need. If i manually set this in an access report i can select it, on
my machine it gives .PaperSize a value of 135. I cant find any way to
enumerate a list of available paper sizes so I can provide a list for the
user to put it into my customised page setup form.

I think these are called Printer Forms (which makes it a pain to search for
) I did find this article
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010345531033.aspx but it
kindly misses out the step to fill in cmbPaperSize.
