List Maximum Values

Can anyone help me ?

I have a range of data like this

ID Name Product Bid Price
1 John Widget £100
2 Dave Widget 2 £90
3 Steve Widget £110


And I am looking for a formula pick out the highest Bid Price and return the
ID of the person who has bid per Product, i.e. so in the list above boith
John & Steve have bid for a Widget but I want to return ID 3 as Steve has
the highest bid.
