List folder names within a directory

Hello Gurus and newsgroup users.
Your kind assistance please.

For some time now I have been using Chip Pearsons code to
return a list of file names within a specified location. I
would like to now return a list of folder names.

I cannot find any objects releated to folders.

Is it possible?

Any help would be appreciated.
