List Breakpoints

In Delphi you can get a window that lists all of the breakpoints that
have been set. Is there an equivalent in the .NET environment?

Assuming you mean VS2005 (haven't checked 2003):
[Ctrl]+D,B
or
Debug->Windows->Breakpoints
