List Box shows -1 in the field on the form when it opens

I used lookupwizard for a field to list some items. When I created it, I
selected that I would type in what was needed as these items are not in a
table. I Typed in the items and saved etc.

Placed this field on my form, all ok so far.

When I want to choose an item from this list the first field contains -1 not
the item name e.g. accessories, yet this is what I typed in the lookup list.

This means when a user goes onto the list it does not show the list as it
should be, all other items are fine it is just the first item in the list,
which is being replaced with a -1.

Then having chosen an item lower down the list and saved this to the stock
table, when I go into the stock table to view whats in there all are fine
apart from the first item which seem to show as -1, yet this item was not
selected????

Why does it show -1, this is causing the form to not work as I want it
too... please can someone help me asap... pleeeeease!

-1 is the equivalent of TRUE.

You might have made an error in the query causing it to try to evaluate an
expression as a boolean value.
