When click on links (any link, e-mail, web address) in e-mals opened in
outlook following message comes up "This operation had been canceled due to
the restrictions in effect on thic computer. Please contact your system
administrator." I am only user on this computer, please help how to fix it.

Assuming you're using Internet Explorer as your web browser, open IE and
click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings for IE6 and
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Reset for IE7.
