Links stopped working in Preview pane

Upon reinstalling Win2000 and Frontpage 2002 after a crash I am no longer
able to preview links within my site in the preview pane. When I click on
the link, nothing happens. Links to outside the site (ont the web) still
work. Is this just a setting in Frontpage or Windows? I am unable to find
anything on the subject. Could this have been cause by a critical windows
update or service pack? All the latest for Win2000 Pro are installed.
