I've received a few compaints at my website that people couldn't see the links to buy shoes from our partners. I always looked at the pages they talked about and could see the links. I checked the html and everything was fine. Everyone I asked said they were using IE. One guy said he was using the same version of the browser I was yet I could see the links and he couldn't.

Finally, I realized that for some reason it is only certain links that aren't being displayed. Basically, everything between, the <a href> and the </a> doesn't show up. They just don't see the text or the links.
Here are examples of links that cause them not to see anything:
http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/ddiprod?lid=41000000001169273&pid=RRNIK477&mid=
http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/click?lid=41000000001532236&mid=left

and an example. On this test page I set up:
http://www.letsrun.com/shoes.php?shoe=test

you should see a "click here to buy from our partner" link for both the men's and women's shoe. However the people with the problem only see the "Click Here to buy from our partner finishline" for the men's link which has this link:
http://service.bfast.com/bfast/clic...518&bfpid=prod429072&bfmtype=weborder&bfinfo=

but they won't be able to see the link to the women's shoe which has this link:
http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/ddiprod?lid=41000000001169273&pid=RRNIK477&mid=

They also won't be able to see the link to the banner in the upper left of the page and a link at the bottom of the page the link where it says
"Click here to view their shoes and get free shipping." I'm assuming you all can see these links. These are also the clickserve links.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Someone sent me the html of the page where they couldn't see the links and when I looked at it they <a href=></a> for the missing links wasn't even showing up in their source code for the certain links.

I can see both links but that is academic as my HOSTS file blocks them
from use. My HOSTS entries concerned are:

127.0.0.1 service.bfast.com
127.0.0.1 clickserve.cc-dt.com

Do your clients use a HOSTS file to block unwanted sites?

I don't think it's the host file because these people can't even SEE the links

Plus, they don't seem that advanced in terms of their computer usage.
