Links keep re-arranging?

Post SP2 my links bar in IE keeps re-arranging. No matter what I do, locking
the toolbars, turning the links off, re-booting after each change, when I
come back in a few hours, the links are alphabetized again...it SUCKS since I
have had mostly the same links on my IE page for YEARS...
Any help would be appreciated.
