links in messages do not work

Q

quiltymom

No links work in any message I receive. I click on a link and a window pops
up telling me "application not found". Why does it say that and how do I fix
it?

Click Start, select Default Programs
Click Set program access and computer defaults
Click Custom, and select your web browser
Click OK

Then, follow these steps:

Click Set your default programs
Select your web browser from the list
Click Set this program as default
Click OK

Ramesh - you are the best!! *Happy Dance * happening here! I thought to
check default programs after I read this and under " associate a file type
with a program..." found that .pps was associated with 2007 Microsoft Office
Componnent and NOT 2007 Power Point Viewer.....once I correected
that....PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! (as a note of interest, all the other .pp* file
types in the list were correctly associated!)

Thanks

:>Rae
