links in e-mails not working

When links in Outlook 2003 e-mails clicked, a "Locate Link Browser" window
pops up with request for "File name" rather than automatically sending me to
the link. What gives??
 
Reset your web settings in IE - Tools menu->Reset Web Settings.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, maggret asked:

Start IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
 
I have the same problem with out the browser request, just non working
links, but only for one HTTP account out of 2 HTTP accounts and 2 pop3
accounts. This solution did not work. Search Kelly J here for my thread.
