"LINKS" folder in Favorites won't go away

is there a way to stop a "LINKS" folder from getting into your internet
favorites? somehow when I delete it, it comes back automatically so wondering
if its some sort of virus or is there away I can disable from this ever
happening? Thanks.

Copy and paste the error/file or just give its name.
