Links don't open

I have found that for some reason, links don't seem to open in Internet
Explorer. Most of the time it is with links that have to do with javascript,
but it can sometimes happen when a link just goes to another site. I will
click the link and the the window will flash as if it was going to open
another window (even when the link shouldn't open in a new window), but
nothing will happen. This even happens when disabling all popup blockers.

I am using Windows 2000 with all the latest updates and add-ons. It could be
a bug in the pre-XP version of IE 6. Is anyone else having this problem? I
have it on two computers.

I'm having a similar problem.
