Linking XML files to a web page

I have Front page 2002
I have an XML file that I would like to present in an orderly and nicely
formatted way. I would like to link the page to the data and format the data
so it looks good.

Please help.
 
We can use CSS or XSLT to apply style to XML files.
There is a lot to explain. Get started with Google: "xml"+"apply style"
