Linking Visual FoxProTables

Hi,
I converted an Access 97 database to Access 2000. The
database has linked Visual FoxPro Tables. I knew that in
order to have linked FoxPro tables in Access2K, I have to
use ODBC. I wanted to download the ODBC driver from
Administrative Tools, I found there 3 different options:
File DSN, System DSN and User DSN. Which option I should
choose? And what's the difference between those options?
Thanks for your help.

What do you mean by sharing the connection? Do you mean
when refreshing the linked tables in one machine, they
will be refreshed on the other machines that share the
database? What about User DSN and File DSN?

Thanks a million for your help.

I think what the respodent is referring to is the situation where you may
have more than one person using the same workstation.

A User DSN is specific to a user: if you create a User DSN for User A, User
B won't see it when he/she is logged on to the same machine. All users on
the machine can see a System DSN, and should be able to see a File DSN
(unless they don't have permission to wherever the File DSN is stored.)

Not quite sure what you have in mind by "when refreshing the linked tables
in one machine".
