linking to other word docs

Hi all
I'd appreciate some advice/help on the following problem: I need to be abile to have clickable links in the docs that would take you to a specific paragraph in another doc
We currently use Word and all the docs are stored on the Intranet. I know how to add hyperlinks to another document, but only so that they take you to the beginning of the document; I also know how to make links to a specific place in the same doc. I'd really like to figure out how to make links to specific paragraphs in another doc
Does anyone know how to do this in Word? Even if we had to save the docs as HTML

thank you in advance for any advice

In the target document, select a bit of the paragraph and copy it to the
clip board then in the document from which you want to make the call, select
Paste Special from the Edit menu and check the Paste Link button and then
select the Word Hyperlink item.

that works great (at least locally, haven't tried through Intranet yet), thank you so much for your help!
