I need to insert an Excel spreadsheet into a word document. I have had to insert it as a bitmap image in order to get it to appear as I want on the page. However, when it prints the resolution is not very good. Was wondering if there was a way to insert some type of link into the Word document from the Excel spreadsheet as opposed to pasting the spreadsheet so that when it prints it prints from Excel and the print quality is better. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi ST,

If you embed the worksheet as an Excel object, it retains much higher
resolution than a bitmap and can be stretched/compressed
horizontally/vertically to meet your needs. The only real limitation is that
coloured fonts in the Excel workbook tend to print as black on colour
printers.

Cheers
